Which do you want to hear first?

Good news: Got tickets to see Pearl Jam at the Fleet Center in October. I've never actually been to see them before. This should be fun.

Bad news: I over-did it at the gym yesterday with too much weight on the middle and upper back machines, and now I am in a serious spasm/pain cycle. Good times.
